CONTACT ONE CALL CENTER is proud to have received its fifth consecutive ATSI Award of Excellence for 2008.
ATSI is the Association of TeleServices International, the trade association for providers of telecommunications and call center services, including telephone answering services.
Contact One is a Tucson-based, family-owned company (since 1981).
Today, owner Judy Wood, along with son Jeff Wood and daughter Jennifer Hoffman, are diligently working on consecutive Award No. 6.

Contact One Call Center Wins ATSI Call Center Award of Distinction
Contact One Call Center of Tucson, AZ has been honored with the prestigious 2008 Call Center Award of Distinction by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI). The industry’s Trade Association for providers of Call Center services including Inbound Order Desk/Help Desk and Web Enabled customer assistance recognized Contact One Call Center at ATSI’s 2008 Annual Convention held at the Hyatt regency, in St. Louis, MO.
The Call Center Award of Distinction was created in response to overwhelming requests by Call Centers across North America for a tool which could be used to measure the skills of their professional Call Center Agents.
After six months of testing, an independent panel of judges scored call-handling skills for “enhanced service” applications, focusing attention on customer relationship management (CRM), courtesy, etiquette, and the use of proper call techniques, as well as response time and accuracy, the cornerstones of the Call Management Industry.
"The Award of Excellence is a 'mystery shopper' program that provides independent testing for quality assurance in customer service levels." says ATSI President Allan Fromm. "We congratulate Answer, Inc. dba Contact One Call Center for their achievements."
